Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Sleep Fighter Studios LLC collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information through sleepfighterstudios.com, purchases, newsletter signups, project inquiries, and related communications. It does not control independent third-party services that publish their own privacy policies.

1. Information we collect

We may collect contact information such as name, email address, phone number, and mailing or billing details; transaction information such as products purchased, amount, date, and payment status; project information such as genre, tempo, references, deadlines, demos, lyrics, and creative preferences; communications and support records; newsletter choices; and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, referring page, and cookie or analytics identifiers.

2. Payment information

Payment card and account details are generally collected and processed by the identified payment provider rather than stored by us. We may receive limited transaction details, such as payment status, amount, and an order identifier.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide products and services, process and document orders, schedule sessions, develop productions, deliver files, communicate about projects, respond to requests, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, improve the site, send marketing when permitted, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to providers that support hosting, website operation, e-commerce, beat licensing, payments, email, scheduling, file delivery, analytics, professional advice, and security. Current or likely providers may include Bandzoogle, Airbit, payment processors selected at checkout, embedded media platforms, email or scheduling services, and Google Analytics. Google may process analytics information under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, sale, or similar business transaction.

5. Sale targeted advertising and profiling

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. We currently use Google Analytics for site measurement and do not use a separate Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or similar advertising pixel. Google Signals, Google advertising features, and linked Google Ads accounts are not enabled. We do not use Google Analytics to serve targeted advertising on our behalf. If our practices change or applicable law treats a future practice as a sale, targeted advertising, or profiling, we will update this Policy and provide any required notices and choices.

6. Cookies and Google Analytics

The site and embedded services may use cookies, local storage, and similar tools for essential functions, preferences, security, media playback, checkout, and analytics. Google Analytics may collect device and browser details, IP-derived approximate location, referring pages, pages viewed, interactions, and cookie or device identifiers so we can understand site use and performance. Browser settings or available consent controls can limit some cookies, but parts of the site may not function correctly.

7. Marketing email

You may unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. Transactional and project-related messages may continue when necessary to provide a purchase or service. Commercial messages will include the disclosures and opt-out mechanism required by applicable law.

8. Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including project delivery, customer service, tax and accounting records, license verification, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. Different records may have different retention periods.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or ask questions about its use, by contacting us. Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to our business, you may have additional rights, including rights to confirm processing, obtain a portable copy, opt out of certain processing, or appeal a decision. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when legally permitted or required.

11. Texas privacy requests

Texas residents may submit applicable privacy requests through tdirtyonthebeat@sleepfighterstudios.com or by using a Privacy Rights Request Form when one is available. A customer may email us to request the form. The form is optional and is not the exclusive method for submitting a request. We will process covered requests and appeals as required by applicable Texas law. This statement does not concede that every provision of a particular privacy statute applies to every activity or customer.

12. Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information without appropriate authorization.

13. International visitors

Sleep Fighter Studios is based in Texas, United States. If you access the site from another country, information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our providers. Additional notices or rights may apply based on location.

14. Policy changes
